ABOUT: OVERVIEW

There's no two ways about it—The Art Monkey is a small graphic design and web development studio.

In fact, on most days, Creative Director Lynne Venart is the only one in the office. But some days, you will also find Web Developer Scott Harvey, Office Manager Sue Venart or one of a handful of creative freelancers.

So, when we need help with the workload, an extra set of eyes, or an answer to a tough web development problem, we have people to turn to. Bottom line: you get the benefit of our incredibly low overhead costs paired with the experience of a seasoned Creative Director for each and every project.

Eight Years of Service & Growth

The Art Monkey LLC began in January 2001 as an answer to the need for affordable, high quality graphic design and web development services in a tough economy. Our continual, gradual growth and dedicated commitment to our clients amid the region's economic bumps have allowed us to not only survive, but prosper. Business grew gradually from 2001 to 2006, doubled in 2007, and continues to grow steadily.

We tribute our success to our ever-growing list of happy clients, who have recognized our commitment to reliable and quality service, our strengths in design and web development, and our eagerness to continually learn evolving trends and technologies.

In January 2009, The Art Monkey celebrated our 8-year anniversary of providing graphic design and web development services to the Washington D.C. area and beyond. To mark the occasion, we unveiled a new brand image to better communicate our depth of experience and strength of service.

Putting Our Money Where Our Mouth Is
